1. Inspect and tighten electrical connections |

2. Check current draw on motors |

3. Inspect and check safety and controls |
 |
4. Lubricate all motors, bearings, fans, and pumps, as required |
 |
5. Check for air leaks around furnaces and air handlers |
 |
6. Check indoor blower and motor |
 |
7. Check blower speed and airflow |
 |
8. Check temperature drop across evaporator coil |
 |
9. Replace 1" throw-away filter |
 |
10. Check refrigerant temperatures and pressures |
 |
11. Inspect, clean, and sanitize condensate pan |
 |
12. Flush and clean condensate line |
 |
13. Clean coils, as required |
 |
14. Check for obvious refrigerant leaks |
 |
15. Check operation and condition of contactors and relays |
 |
16. Check and inspect start and run capacitors and relays |
 |
17. Check operation and condition of compressor |
 |
18. Check calibration and operation of thermostat(s) |
 |
19. Inform customer of findings and recommend necessary repairs |
Service calls, if required, for the duration of the agreement, will be charged at preferred customer rates
